Returns and Refunds
You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, subject to exceptions provided by law.

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, cosmetic products, oils or perfumes that have been unsealed, opened, tested or used cannot be returned when the legal exclusion of the right of withdrawal is applicable.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a preparation error, a defective product, or a product damaged upon receipt.
After receipt and verification of the return, the refund will be issued using the payment method used for the order.
In the event of a damaged product or an error in the order, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the package and the affected product.
